User Agreement

1. All lesson packages of TXSNOW include the recording of user information in the internal CRM system, ensuring that even when instructors are changed, the new instructors are aware of the participants' learning history. This allows for more efficient and precise guidance to be provided to each participant.

2. To better serve the participants, the instructor will inquire about and record their personality traits and preferences (especially applicable to young children) before the lesson. This information will be shared with subsequent instructors and relevant internal staff for future lessons.

3. TXSNOW requires instructors to capture joyful group photos with participants during lessons at the ski resort, record videos before and after the lessons, and provide written feedback. Under the principle of "no privacy in public spaces," such information will be shared in the WeChat lesson group. The portrait rights and copyrights of these materials belong to TXSNOW. By agreeing to this policy, participants authorize TXSNOW to use the photos and videos taken at the ski resort for internal records, communication among instructors, internal training analysis, and other internal purposes. Relevant staff members will have access to the aforementioned information.

4. Statement: The group created for the lesson includes only the instructor, TXSNOW staff, fellow participants, and their guardians. There are no unrelated individuals or non-staff members in the group. TXSNOW will not indiscriminately forward the above information to unrelated parties or disclose user information to unrelated third parties.

5. If the photos or videos are selected by TXSNOW for use in social media promotions or other commercial activities, TXSNOW will seek and obtain approval and authorization from the participant or their guardian before using such digital information within the scope of the granted permissions.

6. After you fill in and finally submit this form, it means that you know and agree to the above agreement and the authorization contained in the agreement.

7.Upon successful registration, our staff will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the instructor and lesson details. Once the lesson is confirmed, please make the payment as soon as possible. If the payment fails between 24 hours after confirmation and before the lesson starts, the lesson slot may be taken by other participants.

8.All participants must wear helmets during lessons. If a participant refuses to wear a helmet, the instructor has the right to cancel the lesson, and the lesson fee will not be refunded.

9. KM parents must arrive 15 minutes before the end of the lesson to prepare for picking up their child. If parents are late, the "Worry-Free Childcare" rate will be applied.

10. Rescheduling: If you need to change the lesson date/time, you must communicate with customer service more than 48 hours before the lesson. Changes made between 48 and 24 hours before the lesson will incur a 50% course fee deduction. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the lesson will not be refunded.

11. Refund Policy: After payment, refunds cannot be processed through the original payment method. Refunds will be issued via EMT (Electronic Money Transfer), with a fee of CAD$20 plus 5% of the payment amount charged for each refund. Refunds are only available within 24 hours of payment (provided it is more than 72 hours before the lesson start time). No refunds will be issued after 24 hours. Lessons purchased are valid for the first season and can be used during the second season. No refunds will be given for cancellations or changes made on the day of the lesson. In the event of extreme weather causing the ski resort to close, rescheduling will be permitted.

12. If the instructor needs to cancel or reschedule the lesson due to special circumstances, TXSNOW will communicate with you at least 48 hours in advance to discuss and arrange alternative measures.

13. If you do not agree to the above terms, please refrain from purchasing our products and services, and do not fill out or submit this form.

14. The final interpretation of this agreement belongs to TXSNOW.

Participant Information
