At T-XSports Snow, the safety and well-being of our participants is our top priority. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced skier/snowboarder, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable learning experience. To ensure everyone’s safety, please carefully review the following guidelines before participating in any of our snow school activities.

Waiver and Liability 免责声明与责任

 

- Mandatory Waiver:

 

All participants must sign a waiver before taking part in any snow school activities. This waiver is a condition of participation and outlines the inherent risks associated with snow sports.

- Parental Consent:

Helmets are required for all participants during lessons, regardless of age or experience level. Wearing a helmet significantly reduces the risk of head injuries.:

Concussion safety

a. Recognize signs and symptoms of a concussion and remove yourself from skiing/riding, even if you feel okay. Get yourself checked out by a snow patroller/physician/nurse practitioner.

Dress in warm, layered clothing that is waterproof and windproof. Gloves, goggles, and insulated boots are essential for comfort and protection against the elements.

Ensure your skis, snowboard, and other equipment are properly fitted and in good working condition. Our staff can assist in verifying the correct size and setup.

Our instructors are trained professionals who prioritize your safety. Always follow their directions and listen carefully to their advice during the lesson.

Stay aware of your fellow participants and other skiers/snowboarders during lessons.

DO NOT SIT IN THE MIDLLE OF THE HILL AT ANY TIMES! Maintain a safe distance between yourself and others to avoid collisions.

Snow sports require a certain level of physical fitness. Ensure that you are in good health and fit to participate.

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please inform your instructor before the lesson. This helps us take necessary precautions for your safety.

Weather conditions can change rapidly. Please check local weather forecasts and be prepared for changing conditions.

- Lesson Adjustments课程调整:

 

In cases of extreme weather (e.g., heavy snowstorms, high winds), lessons may be rescheduled for safety reasons. We will communicate any changes promptly.

Emergency Procedures 紧急程序

 

- In the event of an accident or injury, notify your instructor immediately. Our instructors are trained in emergency response procedures.

- If a serious injury occurs, ski patrol will be contacted to provide medical assistance.

The use of alcohol or drugs before or during lessons is strictly prohibited. Anyone found violating this policy will be removed from the program.

All participants are expected to show respect to instructors, fellow students, and other individuals on the mountain. Aggressive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
